If the contract is canceled before service completion, refunds will be considered based on work already completed and the agreement terms.

Payment Terms

• Full payment or an agreed upfront amount is required before work commences.
• For ongoing or monthly services, invoices are billed in advance.
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
• All payments are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Additional Work

Any work requested outside the agreed project scope will be treated as additional and charged separately. Pricing for additional work will be confirmed in writing before commencement.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are provided only for unused services or partial completion based on agreed terms.

• Marketing, SEO, and promotional services are non-refundable once campaigns start.

• Cancellations should be made at least 10 days before the next billing cycle; late cancellations may incur charges equivalent to work performed.

Project Delays

Delays caused by missing information, late approvals, or unavailability from the client may affect timelines. Innovix Code is not responsible for such delays.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or payments are not received on time. Clients may terminate based on mutually agreed conditions with prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Innovix Code is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials created by Innovix Code remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership or license as agreed.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
